Bob Jane never raced the Monaro at Bathurst in 1974.
He raced a LH Torana L34 with Frank Gardner (DNF).

The Bob Jane HQ Monaro is still racing today in Historic Touring Cars (Group N). It has been restored and is raced by David Wall (sometimes driven by John Bowe). David Wall also owns and races the ex-Ian 'Pete' Geoghegan Mustang which won the ATCC from 1967 to 1971.
His father, the late Des Wall, used to race a Supra Sports Sedan. That car started life as the Bob Jane Monza, which was driven by Jane, Brock and Allan Grice before it was converted into the Supra. The car is still alive in Supra form in dedication to Des Wall.

Just another important note, the Bob Jane Monaro was never a Group C, it was an 'Improved Production', same as Moffat's Boss 302 Mustang, Ian 'Pete' Geoghegan's Mustang and Super Falcon and Beechey's Monaro.
If memory is correct, the only HQ Monaro to race the Bathurst 1000 (500) was a 4-door auto.
